This website is owned and operated by Posh Nosh and hosted by Wix. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors the option to book a party package as well as buy homemade produce from the shop. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.

The prices we charge for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Prices for picnic packages will need to be discussed directly with Posh Nosh @ Home, as prices will change depending on what the customer would like to include in their picnic party. Tax will be added onto the price of your item when checking out of the shop. Tax is included in the price of the picnic packages. Delivery costs will be shown at the checkout page. Prices and delivery costs are liable to change at any time. Payment for products must be made on the checkout page. 

We are not liable if your payment provider declines payment or if they subject your payment to any additional transaction fees.

Picnic Policy

Customers will be required to pay a 50% deposit in order to reserve their space. This is non-refundable. Customers will be liable for any damages to Posh Nosh @ Home's equipment. The person booking the party will be responsible for this cost which will be paid within 24 hours of the party. Customers will have the party equipment and time slot for two hours, extended time periods can be arranged.
